The short version

We collect what we need to make your card and to reply to you. We don't sell it. If you want it deleted, ask and we will.

When you make a card

We keep the details printed on your card (name, title, company and location, whichever you enter), the LinkedIn or website link you add, and, on our website, your email. If you upload a screenshot, it's read on your own device to fill in those fields. The image itself is never uploaded to us.

We use your email to send you your card. If you tick “I'd like Waxx for my brand, team or community,” we'll also use it to follow up about that.

At our events

If you make a card with us in person, it only appears on the live Wall if you tick that box. If you ask for a free print, we keep your shipping address to send it, and use it for nothing else.

When you book a demo

We keep your name, company, work email, role and message so we can get back to you.

Where it's kept

Your information is stored with our hosting provider and is only accessible to the Waxx team. Your card page is private by default: it lives at an unlisted link only you receive, and it shows only what's on your card, never your email or address.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The card maker stores a little information in your browser so a card is never lost if your connection drops.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email hello@[domain-tbd] and we'll take care of it.
